  • Where do you train your clients?
    I primarily train out of the Breathe Studio Space (Powered by The WOMB Vaughan).* However, to save you time, I do also offer in-home and mobile fitness training options. *Local COVID-19 restrictions permitting.
  • Do you offer virtual personal training services?
    Yes, I do! Due to the pandemic and the resulting local safety measures, virtual training has become a new method to coach my clients. What's great about it is that we can work out no matter where we are in the world.
  • What virtual platform is used for virtual personal training?
    Although, I'm flexible with the technology, Zoom is the preferred platform. You can download Zoom at FaceTime, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and Skype are also available options.
  • I don't have any fitness equipment, can I still get an awesome workout?"
    Of course! The most important piece of fitness equipment is your body. By playing around with the reps, time, tempo, and different exercise combinations, you'll definitely feel the muscles work.
  • Can I book our personal training sessions online?
    Currently, online booking for personal training services is not available on However, there are Coaching Packages available to purchase online. To book a session or a 15-minute consult, please email
  • Do I need any fitness equipment for the group workout classes?
    No need. All workouts are bodyweight only. If you have weights or other fitness gear, you can amplify the exercises if you wanted to. During the classes, I will typically let you know which exercises you can amplify. However, I'll design some workouts that will utilize common household items, like a towel. I'll notify you through Wix Member's App to provide a heads.
  • Do you provide modifications in the group workouts?
    As your coach, I try to make fitness as accessible as possible. I'll provide at least one modification option for each exercise in the workout. That is why I strongly recommend that every participants completes the coaching registration provided in the booking confirmation email. This will allow to design a flexible workout program.
  • I purchased a class package plan.  How do I join class?
    After purchasing a class package plan, either the Monthly Membership or the 6-class pack: 1. Log into 2. Go to and select the class date and time you wish to attend. If you have the Wix Member's mobile app, go to the Services tab and select the class date and time you wish to attend. 3. Book the class. Currently, it is not possible to book multiple services at once.
  • Can I book more than one class at a time?
    Currently, it is not possible to book multiple services at once.
  • Can a family member join me in my virtual group workout?
    All virtual class bookings are per household; however, all participants must be from the same address, present in the same workout session, and have completed the registration form provided in the booking confirmation.
  • Why are class recordings only available for 8 days?
    All classes are recorded onto the Zoom Cloud. Due to its data capacity limit, class recordings are kept for 8 days then automatically deleted to make space for new recordings.
  • Is there a package if I only want access to the recordings?
    Currently, there's no recordings-only package available. However, the option is in consideration.
  • I'm pregnant or recently had a baby, are the group workouts right for me?"
    Although I would love to have you in our group workout program, a lot of the exercises are not ideal for pregnancy or newly post-partum. However, I have partnered with The WOMB Vaughan to be able to connect you with some of the most amazing pre/postnatal fitness coaches and pelvic floor phsyiotherapists. They offer in-person* and virtual appointments. Visit and tell them Coach Josef referred you. *Local COVID-19 restrictions permitting.
  • Can I still great a workout in a virtual setting?
    Definitely! Obviously, it doesn't surpass the power of the human touch but it's still an amazing way to stay connected and coach you in real-time. Over the course of my experience, I've successfully develop the best cues to help teach and guide you through the movements and the workout.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    I accept cash, cheque, credit card, PayPal, and bank e-Transfers.
  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    For private sessions (personal training, Theragun Performance Treatment, and Mindset Coaching), we ask that you give 12-hour notice when changing or cancelling a session to avoid being charged for the session. No refunds or credits will be issued for Tactical Fit Online, missed classes, or expired plans. There are no make-up class sessions, unless pre-planned or announced by Coach Josef.
