Whether it's for increased functional strength and endurance, fat-loss, training for an obstacle course race, or simply to feel good, you'll be guided through functional training and metabolic demand workouts in-line with your goals. You'll learn proper techniques of foundational movement patterns and continuously refine and build upon them for a constant challenge.  

We're working out at your place but there's no fitness gear?  Don't worry, I bring the gear to you. And, if we go virtual, we use what's available at home.  You'll also be amazed at what you can do with just your body and everyday household items.

You can also SAVE a little with private group training with up to 4 participants.
