If stretching is not part of your regular fitness routine, it's time to start. In this complimentary 15-minute flexibility and mobility session, we'll slowly work out any stiffness in the muscles and the joints through mindful static and dynamic movements.
For personal training sessions, we ask that you give notice when changing or cancelling a session to avoid being charged for the session, 12 hours for personal training sessions. No refunds or credits will be issued for Tactical Fit Online class packages, missed classes, or expired plans. There are no make-up class sessions, unless pre-planned and announced by the instructor.
