Want to know if I'm the right coach for your fitness and resiliency journey? Let's hop on a quick call to chat about your goals, training style, my experience, and pricing. If you live outside of Canada, please provide a valid email address to which to send a Zoom link.
Cancellation Policy
For private sessions (personal training, Theragun Performance Treatment, and Mindset Coaching), we ask that you give 12-hour notice when changing or cancelling a session to avoid being charged for the session. No refunds or credits will be issued for Tactical Fit Online, missed classes, or expired plans. There are no make-up class sessions, unless pre-planned or announced by Coach Josef.
